At NaimLeather, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only
- Item must be damaged upon arrival or incorrect (wrong item sent)
- Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference are not accepted as return reasons
How to Request a Return:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- We will review your request within 2 business days
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned after 3 days
- Items without proof of damage or error
