Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary as orders are shipped from our international supplier network across multiple countries. All orders are delivered within 7–30 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free on most orders. However, for certain products sourced from specific suppliers, a shipping fee may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking & Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions provided by your local carrier to arrange redelivery or collection.
